This was our very first home-buying experience so we've never really had any experience with realtors in the past. My husband and I have known Brittney for about 2 years now. She is absolutely the most ideal agent anyone could ask for, and here are the reasons why:

1) VERY PROFESSIONAL. If we have arranged to meet her by a certain time, she would already be at the location waiting for us. She answers our calls "live". Not just a voicemail. If she is unable to answer, she will definitely return our
calls within the next few minutes.

2) VERY PROMPT. The turnaround of documents was quick in every aspect because she uses electronically ransmitted signing. Not only that, she makes it a point to follow through the whole transaction with passion and efficiency. If it is in her control, there is no room for delays with her.

3) VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND RESOURCEFUL. She knows the ins and outs of the real estate community here in Kitsap county. We required some contractors to do some work in the the house being purchased and she had the resources right at her fingertips.

4) VERY DEDICATED AND COMMITTED TO HER WORK. Two years ago, while we were working on a transaction (this did not work out due to legalities that were beyond our control) she was literally in the hospital with her laptop, in labor and about to give birth to her beautiful baby Jordan. Who do you think would do that??

5) VERY RELIABLE AND DEPENDABLE. During the whole process of buying our house, Brittney made sure that we were protected leaving my husband and I feeling secured in every aspect of the transaction.

To sum this up, we just feel so blessed having Brittney as our agent. It is our honor and privilege to have worked with her and having said that, our friends and family will hear about her and the great job she did for us!!
